What we will need from you for this Virtual Experience:
- Business Description
- Contact Information
- Website Address
- Social Media Addresses
- Photos of products or services
- PDF’s to upload to your booth for downloads if applicable
- Discounts, Offer Codes, Giveaways – explanations, and photos if applicable
If you choose to add on a Virtual Presentation to your Booth Purchase: (all sponsorships have this option included)
- We will provide you with a meeting id that will be hosted through Zoom on our event website. You will have the option to host live or through a recording. This is your choice, however all recorded presentations must be submitted one week prior to event date.
- All presentation meetings will be recorded and uploaded to your booth page following your presentation time slot. This recording will stay present on your page for the 20 days as stipulated in your signup form.
- We will send you the recorded presentation file following that 20 day period.
